We provide two distinct types of management depending on the nature of the claim:

Claims Against Liable Third Parties

For claims where the customer of the PAS For claims where the broker’s client has Third-Party Liability coverage (not Full Coverage). Includes: (not All Risk).
Includes:

Claim filed with the insurance company of the liable vehicle or party
Negotiation and collection, either out of court or through legal action if necessary
No cost to the insured
No direct involvement required from the broker
The broker earns their commission while we handle the entire process

Management with the Client’s Insurance Company

Para siniestros con coverage All Risk or coverages non-automotive For claims with Full Coverage or non-automotive policies (home, business, workers’ compensation, etc.).
Includes:

Claim submission
Daily follow-up
Strengthening of evidence and additional claims
Collection management through to final resolution
No involvement required from the insured
Recovery of deductible payments

In these cases, we charge a fixed monthly fee to the broker, never to the insured.

Hybrid Work Model

Monthly base + variable, adapted to the size and claim volume of each broker..
